Every piece is energetically cleansed before leaving our studio, so it arrives ready to wear. To maintain its natural resonance at home, simply rest your bracelet on the complimentary Clear Quartz overnight. 

Detailed care instructions for your specific gemstones and hardware are also included in the enclosed brand book.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. 

To guarantee a pristine unboxing experience for every customer, our custom packaging and accompanying materials cannot be reused. Therefore, to cover these replacements, non-recoverable DDP duties, and upfront logistics, a flat $45 USD restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions within 1–3 business days. Please note that returns cannot be accepted without an approved RA.

Once an order is placed, it may be cancelled at any time before dispatch. Please email info@soullykke.com with your order number in the subject line.

If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. We regret that it will then be subject to our standard Return Policy (which includes the $45 USD restocking fee).

Please note that custom orders, engraved pieces, and items marked as "Sale" cannot be cancelled once placed.

For accidental damage (such as chipped, dropped, or lost gemstones) and natural wear and tear, a repair fee will apply to cover the specific materials and craftsmanship required.

As we work with rare crystals, all repairs are subject to material availability. Should a specific stone or hardware component be unavailable in our reserves, our team will work closely with you to propose a beautiful, energetically aligned alternative.
