This service covers essential maintenance, including:

• Restringing of stretch cord bracelets (Complimentary service)

• Repair or replacement of clasps, chains, and connecting rings on metal hardware designs

• Replacement of accidentally damaged or lost natural gemstones

• Replacement of tarnished or damaged signature metal components and charms
  
  

Repair Fees & Process

We exclusively craft our stretch bracelets with the highest-grade South Korean elastomer cord, designed for high memory and exceptional durability. As a testament to our absolute confidence in these materials, we are pleased to offer complimentary restringing for all our stretch cord designs; customers are only responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.

For repairs involving the replacement of natural gemstones or metal hardware, a repair fee will apply to cover the specific craftsmanship and materials required. Because we work with natural and sometimes rare crystals, each repair is unique.

Material Availability

Please note that all repairs are subject to material availability. As we work with rare, naturally sourced gemstones, specific stones or hardware may become discontinued over time. In such cases, our team will work closely with you to propose a beautiful, energetically aligned alternative for your repair.
